A one-pan, low-carb stir-fry made with ground beef, cabbage, and bold Asian flavors ready in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3 cups shredded cabbage (or coleslaw mix)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp coconut aminos (or tamari)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 green onions, sliced
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5–7 minutes.

3. Stir in garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. Add shredded cabbage and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often.

5. Pour in coconut aminos, vinegar, and season with red pepper flakes.

6. Cook until cabbage is tender but still crisp, about 5 more minutes.

7. Top with sliced green onions and serve hot.

Notes

  • You can substitute ground turkey, chicken, or tofu for beef.
