- ⅔ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup erythritol or monk fruit blend
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 200g sugar-free dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Heat cream, almond milk, sweetener, and vanilla in a saucepan.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for 2 hours.
- Pour into molds and freeze 4+ hours.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
