Instructions

  1. Boil the water: In a small pot or kettle, bring 2 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil. (2-3 minutes)
  2. Steep the lemon balm: Add the lemon balm (dried or fresh) to a heat-safe jar or mug. Pour the hot water over it, cover, and steep for 10–15 minutes.
